Terms & Conditions
Advance provisional bookings will be held for up to 7 days prior to payment of the booking fee/bond.
On confirmation of booking, a minimum $100.00 booking fee applies, which is held as a refundable bond, following
a satisfactory inspection of the home on completion of stay.
Payment of the tariff
in full is required by 14 days ( 28 days for bookings of 5 days or over &
/ or for Long Weekends, Easter & School Holidays ) prior to the
agreed occupancy commencement date, to Willows
& Waterbirds a/c 04183455,
by either electronic transfer to BSB
805023,
or by cheque/money order, to
Upon cancellation, the booking fee/bond and/or any advance payments, will be refunded, conditional upon the home being re-let.
Bookings commence from 1 pm on commencement day, with departure by 10 am on the final day to enable housekeeping before next guests arrival.
Guests are required to provide their own linen, sheets, pillowcases, towels.(a linen service can be arranged in special circumstances for a small fee)
It would be appreciated if the home is left clean for the next guests.
